If for any reason you are not setisfied with our products, simply return the unused portion within 45 days for receipt, and we will promptly issue full refunds-less shipping & handling, no questions asked.

Please contact Customer service at 1-800-793-4741 to receive Return Merchandise Authorization-in order to process our returnes quicker. We will process your return as soon as the product received. The credit will be issued for the full amount of the returned product-less shipping & handling. Credit will be processed back to your credit card.

If you receive damaged items, please call Customer service: 1-800-793-4741. Customer service will issue a call tag, so you may ship the damaged items back to Seriesse. All of the damaged products will be replaced and shipped back to the customer.
